The temple of Maharaja Agrasen.

In 1981, Shri Chananmal Bansal became the Executive Chairman of the Construction Committee and the Chairman of the Agroha Development Trust. During his tenure, the sanctum sanctorum of Maharaja Agrasen's temple was constructed and completed. Its inauguration took place on October 31, 1982, conducted by the then Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Bhajan Lal.

During this time, Shri Rameshwar Das Gupta contacted Shri Om Prakash Jindal for financial assistance for the construction of Agroha. Shri Jindal contributed two and a half lakh rupees towards the project.

Moving forward, the construction work of the Mahalakshmi temple was undertaken. For this, a contribution of five lakh and eleven thousand rupees was provided by Shri Foolchand Agarwal and others from Mumbai.
